We Are Clean Group!
Clean Group was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Sydney, with operations across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. Over 25 years the company has grown from a small Sydney crew to a national workforce of 50+ trained operatives covering every metro postcode in Greater Sydney plus established footprints in Melbourne and Brisbane.
Every engagement runs to a written scope sheet and is audited under our ISO 9001 quality, ISO 14001 environmental, and ISO 45001 work-health-and-safety management systems — backed by a JAS-ANZ accredited audit trail and Cm3 contractor prequalification.
Our team covers every site type in Greater Sydney — corporate offices, medical centres, schools, childcare centres, gyms, warehouses, retail stores, shopping centres, churches, strata complexes, and aged-care facilities. Each crew is led by a site supervisor and assigned a dedicated account manager so the same person owns the relationship from quote to monthly review.
Every operative completes a documented site induction before first attendance and works to a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) aligned with SafeWork NSW directives. Cleaning protocols use GECA-certified products with current Safety Data Sheets verified against TGA registration.

Suji Siv
Founder & CEO | Clean GroupHi, I’m Suji Siv — founder, CEO, and Managing Director of Clean Group, with over 25 years building and leading the company since 2001. I oversee strategic planning, multi-state operations, and quality across our Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane teams, working hands-on with our site supervisors and account managers to keep service standards consistent across every contract.
I write regularly on facilities hygiene, ISO-certified service delivery, and GECA-aligned product selection on the Clean Group blog. My focus is helping facility managers, strata committees, and operations leads run cleaner, safer, more compliant sites — backed by documented scope sheets and decades of operating experience.

The management team at the Clean Group comprises of hard working and dedicated individuals who have proven their expertise and leading capabilities over time and so have been selected to lead our branch offices.

Responsible for managing day-to-day cleaning operations and the team in Sydney, collecting reports from the team and taking timely actions on clients’ feedback.
